You have two ways to become a member: You could fill out and submit the form below of which we would then mail you information about us including our official signup membership form <or> you could just click here to download the signup form right away. Just fill that out and submit it with a check to the address below. The annual fee is per person and is good for one year. Each year after, we will send you a renewal form so that you can always be a part of this great organization. Our official mailing address is:

Once we receive your check, you will then be placed on our membership list, which will entitle you to special offers by the GPTC, invitations to GPTC events, our newsletter and last but not least, you would be a member of a great organization that sponsors one of the premiere football programs in the state. "The Greendale Panthers!"
* All information will be kept within the GPTC organization and will "NOT" be distributed in any way, shape or form to any outside entity.
